The Partners of the Firm are highly experienced in their field of law; having dealt with some complex transactions in the past and achieving successful outcomes for their clients. As well as having a great deal of experience, both Partners also provide one to one legal advice in a friendly and approachable manner. Right Law™ have a friendly support team in place to assist in ensuring that all matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Nicola Katsambis

Nicola Katsambis is a Senior Partner and co-founder of the Firm. Nicola has over 12 years’ experience in residential property law and also has experience in dealing with Wills. Nicola completed her law degree at the University of Hertfordshire and completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law.
Specialising in all aspects of residential property law, Nicola guides clients through the complexities of the property market, offering a personal and pro-active approach whilst delivering a high standard of service. Nicola delivers exceptional legal services with professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients. She combines in-depth knowledge of property law with a practical, solutions-focused approach, ensuring that every transaction is handled efficiently, accurately, and with meticulous attention to detail.
As co-founder of the firm, through strategic leadership, high standards, and excellent client service, Nicola aims to drive the firm’s continued growth, strengthen its reputation, and build a lasting legacy of excellence within the legal profession.

Janki Shah

Janki Shah is a Senior Partner and Co-Founder of the firm, bringing over 12 years of experience in residential property law, alongside a background in private family law. Since qualifying in 2012, Janki has built a wealth of legal knowledge and practical experience, establishing herself as a dedicated and knowledgeable legal professional with a strong commitment to delivering a high standard of service to her clients.
Janki began her legal career practising in family law, where she developed a thorough understanding of private family matters and the importance of providing clients with clear, considered and practical legal guidance during what can often be challenging circumstances. This early experience helped shape her client-focused approach, enabling her to appreciate the importance of effective communication, attention to detail and a sensitive, professional manner when dealing with personal and complex legal issues.
Over the course of her career, Janki has developed extensive expertise in residential property law, advising on a broad range of property-related matters. She understands that buying or selling a property is often one of the most significant financial decisions a person will make, and recognises the importance of ensuring that every transaction is handled efficiently, carefully and with the client’s best interests in mind. Her approach is centred on providing clear advice, maintaining open communication and guiding clients through the legal process with confidence and reassurance.
